Construction Industry Inspired

“Inspiration, Innovation and Opportunity” are the three interlinked themes of Nottinghamshire’s Fourth Annual Construction Conference, which is again co-hosted by the Notts Construction Forum and New College Nottingham. A lively and informative programme is lined up for 2010.

The 2010 event is scheduled for the morning of Thursday 21st October at New College Nottingham’s Basford Hall Construction Campus. The 2009 event attracted sell-out trade stand exhibitors and visitors in excess of 150 – drawn mainly from sharp-end construction companies - supported by, suppliers, manufacturers and training providers.

The aim is to inspire Nottinghamshire construction firms to adopt innovative practices --- provide clients with better products and services, to increase company profitability.

Presentations about such topics as Off-Site Manufacturing, Business Development, and Climate Change are planned.

Together with information about local multi-million pound projects – like the NET Phase 2 Tram Project; Refurbishing Schools; Nottingham Hospitals Buildings Programmes; Notts Housing Projects – there will be a multitude of potential new business opportunities for members of the Nottinghamshire Construction Industry community.

The detailed programme and event joining details will be issued to you nearer the time.
