Flood Defences and Eco Houses

Engineer and Inventor, Stanley Ball, has much to say about improving flood defences and Eco Houses to build on potential flood plain land, and he has several patents to his credit. He would do with working with a medium to larger business wtih an interest in house building to work with on these developments.
