Construction & Commerce Race Day 2012 builds upon the highly successful 2011 event staged at the centrally located Southwell Racecourse.

Headline Sponsor
We are looking for a Headline Sponsor to whom we would extend additional facilities and incentives – which could include naming of the entire event “The -insert your name - Construction & Commerce Raceday in conjunction with NCF &DNCC …” Cost of the extensive package is subject to negotiation.
The package available could include Extensive Display Facilities + Catering Package + Free + Racecourse Tickets & Race cards + Local and National Press publicity of event fixture + Advertising including Racecard publicity + Track Announcements + Commentary + Live coverage on Sky National TV ‘At the Races’…
Race Sponsorship
The Race Sponsorship package is priced at £450+VAT per race
This includes; The race named after your firm or organisation + Best turned out award & winning connections presentations + photographs + racecard advertising + four free entry tickets and race cards, National & local Press publicity of racecard, track announcements & commentary and live coverage on Sky National TV ‘At the Races’

Raceday Hospitality Marque
•Entrance to the Paddock Hospitality Marquee will include: Racecourse admission, racecard, three course carvery meal – a fully serviced pay bar and tote betting facilities will be available within the marquee.
It also includes insight into horseracing presentations / advice from renowned Raceday Tipster - Roger Hart - he will host the entire event and give everybody the low down on how to bet, hot tips, etc.
A maximum of 200 guests can be accommodated within the Paddock Marquee
• Tables of 10 guests @ £600 per table or individually @ £65 per person

Combined Race Sponsorship and Hospitality Offer
The complete package of Race sponsorship and hospitality for 10 guests is available for a limited period at the special price of £1000 + VAT
Demo/Display Space
See map (attached) for areas where we can accommodate large trade stands and demonstrations.
The grass area between #17 and #21 is a prime location for maximum footfall and exposure.
There is also an adjacent hard surfaced area ideally suitable for vehicles and the like. There are two further smaller areas adjacent to the main stand and existing specialist retails sales outlets.
Additional Large Plant could undertake demonstrations in the adjacent flat grassland area of several acres. There are also opportunities for display advertising.
Price bands for display areas are:
Silver - 3M wide x up to 5M deep @ £300.
Gold - 5M wide x up to 5M deep @ £400.
Platinum - 10M wide x up to 5M deep @ £600.
The latter would easily accommodate display articulated waggons
